3.   In the event a purchased item or service cannot be provided by the donor, the Auction Committee at its sole discretion, reserves the right to refund the purchase, provide a credit toward the next annual auction or substitute a similar item or service of equal or greater value. All claims for a refund, credit or substitution must be made within one year from the date of the auction.

6.   In the event of a dispute, auction officials may act as final authority and determine the winning bidder. Their decision is final.

7.   Estimated fair market value of each item is listed in the catalog.  Amount bid in excess of fair market value may be tax deductible; consult your tax advisor.

8.   Certain items may be subject to sales tax.

9.   All auction items expire within one year of the date of the auction, unless otherwise indicated.
